Status of the E-Sign Documents

Administrators can find all the documents sent for e-signature in the E-Sign Documents tab, where they can track the e-sign status of the documents and download the signed documents. Documents sent for e-sign from Organization Files, Employee Files, and Forms are also listed here.

To know the e-sign status of the document:
  1. Go to Operations > View all > Files > E-Sign Documents tab.
  2. From the list view you can find the e-sign status of the document.
  3. Hover over the file to download or delete the e-signed file.



  4. Click on the file to see the detailed status of the e-signed document. 



  5. Click the ellipsis icon on the top-right of the notification window to Modify deadlineSend Reminder or Recall Document.

Recall E-Sign Document

If you have sent the wrong document for e-signature, you can recall it using the Recall option. You can only recall e-sign documents that have not yet been signed by the recipient or if it is expired.
Zoho Sign
To recall document that have been sent for e-signature:
  1. Navigate to Operations > Files > E-Sign Documents and click on the Document name.

  2. In the Document details window, click on the ellipsis icon and click Recall Document.



  3. Click Confirm, the document will be recalled and the recipient will no longer able to view or e-sign the document.
  4. The E-sign document status will be changed to Recalled.
