Manage Leave Grant Requests
Viewing leave grant requests
To view leave grant requests, go to Operations > Leave > Leave Grant.
- Use the drop-down to view requests by current status. You can also choose between viewing All Data, Reportee + My Data, or My Data here.
- Use the filter icon (
) to filter the displayed records.
- Click on the ellipses icon (
) to access the Export option.

Adding a leave grant request
- Go to Operations > Leave.
- Navigate to Leave Grant tab and click on the Add Request button.
- Select the applicable employee, leave type, and date of request.
- Enter the total number of days and reason.
- Upload a supporting document (if mandatory/required).
- Click on Submit.
Start from step 2 if you are trying to add a leave grant request from the user-specific operations page.
Employees can apply for leave grant requests from Leave Service (left-side menu) > My Data > Leave Summary > Appy Leave button or from Home > My Space > Overview > Leave tab (if applicable).
