Manage Current Continuous Review Cycle

1. From home page, navigate to Operations > Performance > Continuous Review.
   
2. On the Continuous Review tab, you can view the completed and pending submissions of both the Self and Reviewer reviews for the current review cycle.
   
   
   

   

   
   

   
   
3. Click Remind to send reminders to applicable employees to complete the self or manager review.
   
4. Click Manage Data to edit and publish the review.
   
   

Exclude or Include Employees From Continuous Review

Administrators can exclude employees for whom the continuous review is applicable from a specific review cycle or include the employees who were excluded from the review cycle.

To exclude or include employee, Navigate to Operations > Performance > Continuous Review, Click Manage Applicability.

1. Exclude: Excludes employees from all the future continuous review cycles.
2. Include: Includes employees to all the future continuous review cycles
   

If self or manager review is started and exclusion or inclusion action is performed, the employee will be excluded or included to the current review cycle.

Review Extension

Manage Review Cycles

Manage review cycles allows administrators to view the continuous review status of current and completed continuous review cycle, Publish the all the completed reviews, back up specific continuous review cycle data, and delete continuous review cycles.

1. Publish: In Publish status tab, administrators can publish all completed reviews to finalize the provided rating at once and no further rating changes can be made by self and manager reviewer.
2. Backup: This option allows you to back up Self and Manager review data from the selected continuous review cycle.

In Publish status tab, administrators can Unpublish the published reviews and allow rating changes to any continuous review cycle.

1. Delete: This option removes the specific continuous review cycle. The review data will be sent in a backup email.
