In Zoho People, integrated learning refers to the incorporation of LMS (Learning Management System) courses into appraisal cycles. This feature allows organizations to promote continuous knowledge and skill acquisition by aligning learning directly with performance evaluations. When integrated learning is enabled, relevant LMS courses are included in the performance cycle, reflecting the employee's course status within the review period. Additionally, reviewers have the option to recommend courses that could further the employee’s development.
Enabling Integrated Learning
To enable Integrated Learning feature, navigate to Settings > Performance > Configuration > Integrated Learning and eanble the checkbox.
Using Integrated Learning Feature
To use the integrated learning feature, during the creation of appraisal cycles, navigate to the Course tab and enable the required options.
When enabled, the courses along with the status, corresponding to he review period will be automatically displayed in the performance review page. Reviewers will also be able to suggest new courses.
