Integrated Learning
Integrated Learning
Integrated Learning allows organizations to include LMS (Learning Management System) data into performance appraisal cycles, enabling managers to assess employee development and learning achievements alongside performance outcomes.
- Evaluate employees based on both performance and continuous learning.
- View courses completed during the appraisal period.
- Track learning progress and course completion status.
- Encourage skill development through reviewer-recommended courses.
- Incorporate learning and development achievements into performance evaluations.
- Gain a more comprehensive view of employee growth and readiness for future responsibilities.

Attendance Metrics integration allows administrators to include employee attendance summaries within appraisal cycles.
When enabled, employee attendance-related information is displayed during performance reviews to provide additional evaluation context.
Attendance insights help organizations:
- Evaluate work consistency
- Identify punctuality patterns
- Improve workforce accountability
- Include attendance discipline in performance reviews
- Support data-driven appraisal decisions
Enable this option to include OKRs as a quantitative parameter in the performance appraisal cycle. This displays employees’ OKR data for the evaluation period on the review page for performance evaluation and rating.
Including OKR data in performance reviews helps evaluate employees based on measurable outcomes rather than only subjective feedback. It provides visibility into progress, and contributions to team and organizational objectives.
Examples:
Sales Executive
OKR: Increase quarterly revenue by 15%
Achievement: 18% increase achieved
Reviewers can use this data to objectively assess performance and goal attainment.
Software Engineer
OKR: Reduce application response time by 25%
Achievement: 22% improvement completed
The review can consider the progress made toward key technical objectives.
HR Manager
OKR: Improve employee onboarding satisfaction score from 80% to 90%
Achievement: Reached 92% satisfaction
The appraisal can reflect the successful completion of a measurable business goal.
