Integration

The integration section in Performance Configuration allows administrators to connect other Zoho People modules with the performance appraisal process. These integrations help organizations create more contextual and data-driven evaluations by including employee learning progress and attendance insights directly within appraisal cycles.

  • Integrated Learning (LMS data)
  • Attendance Metrics in Performance Review

To enable the integration, navigate to Settings > Performance > Configuration > Integration and enable the required modules.

Integrated Learning

Integrated Learning enables organizations to include LMS (Learning Management System) course information within performance appraisal cycles. This helps reviewers evaluate employee learning progress alongside performance outcomes.

When enabled, LMS data can be included during appraisal cycle creation, allowing the following information to be displayed:
  1. LMS courses completed during the appraisal period
  2. Employees’ learning progress and course completion status
  3. Course recommendations suggested by reviewers during evaluations
  4. Learning and development insights as part of the appraisal process


Attendance Metrics in Performance Review

Attendance Metrics integration allows administrators to include employee attendance summaries within appraisal cycles.

When enabled, employee attendance-related information is displayed during performance reviews to provide additional evaluation context.
