Troubleshooting Guide - Introduction

This troubleshooting guide aims at addressing the common yet unexpected issues you may face when using Zoho People. 

  1. Adding domain failed - ' The domain you are trying to access is verified and being used by another organization.'
  1. Adding domain failed - ' This operation cannot be performed as you are not the Organization Admin.'
  1. Adding user failed - ' The user has an account in a different region.'
  1. Adding user failed - 'User has an unconfirmed account.'
