This troubleshooting guide aims at addressing the common yet unexpected issues you may face when using Zoho People.
Issues faced by Zoho People users with a rebranded domain (third-party cookies in browser)
Adding domain failed - ' The domain you are trying to access is verified and being used by another organization.'
Adding domain failed - ' This operation cannot be performed as you are not the Organization Admin.'
Adding user failed - ' The user has an account in a different region.'
Adding user failed - 'User has an unconfirmed account.'
