Portal Level Issue Reports

Users can view organization-level issue reports. These reports display the number of issues across all of the organization's projects based on a variety of parameters.

Availability: Latest user based Enterprise plan.

Benefits:

Basic Reports: View issue count by these fields - Status, Assignee, Reporter, Escalation, Severity, Module, Classification, Reproducible, Tags, Project
Advance Reports: View Issue Status by Assignee, Issue Escalation by Assignee, Issue in a Project by Assignee, Created Vs Completed report.

Chart Configuration

Chart configuration tab allows users to select a chart type and plot the preferred fields on the X and Y axis. Users can also group these charts and filter them according to their requirements. To access the chart configuration,

Click Reports in the left navigation panel.
Click the drop-down panel and select Issue Reports.
Click the icon on the top right corner of your tab.
Select a chart type to view it.
Select any field as X axis, Y axis, and select a group.
Click Apply.

Created Vs Completed Report

Created Vs Completed report allows the users to compare the number of issue created time against the number of issue completed time. Users can view the count, sum, average, minimum and maximum values of the issues against the created and completed time.

Click Reports in the left navigation panel.
Click on the drop-down panel and select Issue Reports.
Click Created Vs Completed under Advanced Reports.
Select the chart type.
Select the criteria and then click Apply.

Other Options

Users can change the graph type, use filters to generate reports, and even export the Org level issue reports.

The filter option can be accessed by clicking the icon. The reports are generated based on the criteria selected in the filters.
Click to access the export options. Select Export to PDF to generate a PDF of the chart.
Click Export History to view the download history and also download the file again.
