Project level Task Reports
Task reports at project level provide a consolidated view of all the tasks in a project based on their status, milestone, priority, owner, and completion percentage.

Task and Issue reports: Basic reports are available in all our plans. Advanced reports are available in all our paid plans.
Benefits:
- Get the task count based on completion percentage
- View each user's tasks by percent completed
- Tailor-make the reports by comparing any two criteria and generate task report
Chart Configuration
- Click Projects in the left navigation panel and navigate to your project.
- Click Report in the top band.
- Select Task Reports from the drop-down.
- Here, you will find six Basic Reports and four Advanced Reports.
- Basic Reports gives you the task count against five different criteria: Status, Milestone, Priority, Tags, Owner, or Completion Percentage.
- Advanced Reports gives you owner-wise task count by Status, Priority, or Completion. You can also create Custom Task Report based on different criteria.
- Advanced Reports are available in all our paid plans.
- Click the
icon and select a Chart Type. Plot the preferred fields as X and Y axis and click apply. - Click
to customize your filter criteria and get the results accordingly.
- Click on the chart columns to open the corresponding task view.

Created Vs Completed Report
Created vs Completed report allows the users to compare the number of tasks created against the number of tasks completed within a specific time frame. Users can view the count, sum, average, minimum and maximum values of the tasks against the created and completed time.
- Click Reports in the left navigation panel.
- Click on the drop-down panel and select Task Reports.
- Click Created Vs Completed under Advanced Reports.
- Select the chart type.
- Select the criteria and then click Apply.
Export Task Reports
You can export task reports and save them as a PDF file for easy access.
- Navigate to Task Reports.
- Click
and click Export to PDF.
