Project Tab

Project tabs let you view project related browser tabs within the projects. You can configure the project tabs to be displayed within specific projects or across all projects based on your requirement. 

Benefits

  1. Access web applications within Zoho Projects.
  2. Add a Web Tab to a specific Project.
  3. Add a Web Tab to a specific User Profile.

Create a Project Tab

  1. Click    in the upper-right corner.
  2. Navigate to Customization > Web Tab.
  3. Click Create Web Tab.
  4. Enter the Tab Name and the Web Tab URL.
  5. Select the Project Tab radio button.
  6. Select All Projects or Specific Projects.
  7. Select user accessibility through the All Profiles or Specific Profiles fields.
  8. Click Add.

View a Project Web Tab   

  1. Click Projects in the left navigation panel and navigate to your project.
  2. All the modules, along with the Web Tab, will be displayed at the top.
  3. Click the respective web tab to view it. 

Notes
Note: A maximum of 30 Web Tabs can be added.

Edit a Project Tab   

  1. Click   in the upper-right corner.
  2. Navigate to Customization > Web Tab.
  3. Hover over a Web Tab from the list and click   to view options.
  4. Select the Edit option and make the required changes.
  5. Click Update.

Disable Project Tab 

  1. Click   in the upper-right corner.
  2. Navigate to Customization > Web Tab.
  3. Disable the project tab by toggling it OFF.
  4. Re-enable the web tab by toggling it ON.

Delete Project Tab   

  1. Click    in the upper-right corner.
  2. Navigate to Customization > Web Tab.
  3. Hover over a Web Tab from the list and click   to view options. to view options.
  4. Select the Delete option.
  5. Confirm your action.
