User Details Page

The User Details page provides detailed information about a particular user. There are various sections that display the user's skill set (requires Zoho People integration), Planned vs Actual hours, and Status summary.

Access User Details from List View

  1. Click  in the upper-right corner of the top navigation band.
  2. Navigate to Manage Users and click Portal or Client users.
  3. Hover over an user.
  4. Click Open Details.

Access User Details from Grid View

  1. Click  in the upper-right corner of the top navigation band.
  2. Navigate to Manage Users and click Portal or Client users.
  3. Hover over an user.
  4. Click  and select Open Details.
You can view the following information in the user details page:
  1. Planned vs Actual hours: Planned hours are calculated based on the work hours allocated for the task assigned to the user. The actual hours spent is calculated based on the user's timesheets and timers.
  2. Rate Per Hour and Cost Per Hour: Outlines the user's billing rate and cost implications.
  3. Task, Issue, and Milestone Summary: Graphical representation of a user's overall status in tasks and issues. Get a clear view of the task and issue completion status across projects.
  4. Direct Reports: All the users reporting to you will be listed in this section.
  5. Reporting To: The user who you are reporting to will be displayed.
  6. Associated Teams: You can view all the team that you are associated with under this section.
  7. Skill Sets: With Zoho People integration users can view employee skill sets.

Edit User

  1. Click  in the upper-right corner of the top navigation band.
  2. Navigate to Manage Users and click Portal or Client users.
  3. Hover over an user and Click Open Details.
  4. In the details page, click  and select Edit.
  5. Make the necessary changes and click Update.

Delete User

  1. Click  in the upper-right corner of the top navigation band.
  2. Navigate to Manage Users and click Portal or Client users.
  3. Hover over an user and Click Open Details.
  4. In the details page, click  and select Delete.
  5. Confirm your action.

View User Activity Stream

  1. All the activities of the user can be tracked under this tab.
  2. Click  in the upper-right corner of the top navigation band.
  3. Navigate to Manage Users and click Portal or Client users.
  4. Hover over an user and Click Open Details.
  5. Click the Activity Stream tab.

Status of projects where users have View All permission for tasks will be shown in the graph.
