You only need one Zoho account to access all Zoho services. So, if you already have an account with Zoho, proceed to sign in normally. If you do not have a Zoho account, you can sign in using services like Apple, Google, Office 365, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Yahoo, or Slack. You can also sign up for a Zoho account by clicking Sign Up Now.
If you click Sign Up Now, you will see the following screen. Enter your details and click Sign Up.
A confirmation email will be sent to the specified email address for verification. Click Confirm Account.
You will be redirected to Zoho QEngine. When you access Zoho QEngine for the first time, you'll be asked to provide details for early access.
Note: Zoho QEngine is currently in the beta release stage. After the official release, the request process will be removed and access will be provided directly.
Enter your name, business email, company name, and the department which suits you best. Click Submit.
This is part of the first-time setup process that gets your account up and running. This information can be edited, or further details can be added, anytime later.
An acknowledgment is displayed after the request is placed. Once access is provided, you will receive an email stating the same. Multiple Zoho QEngine accounts can be created with different emails using the "Register with another email" option.
The request approval email looks like the below image. The hyperlink "Click here" will take you to your Zoho account where you can get started.
Note: The request approval email is typically received within 48 hours. If the email is not received within the expected time, please check other folders in your inbox or contact us at support@zohoqengine.com.
