This document guides you on how to configure Zoho Sprints within Zoho QEngine. Before you begin, it's essential to understand how Zoho Sprints integration works.
2. Steps to configure integration with Zoho Sprints
Note: Only super admin can configure the integration.i. Connecting to Zoho Sprints
Navigate to the Setup page by clicking the {
} in the top-right corner of the Home page.
From the Zoho Sprints card inside Integrations tab, click on Connect to integrate your Zoho QEngine portal with Zoho Sprints.
Select your Zoho Sprints portal workspace from the drop-down.

Note: If you haven't created a Zoho Sprints workspace, navigate to Sprints to create one.ii. Associating and mapping projects
Select a Zoho Sprints project and link it to a Zoho QEngine project.

Click Connect to complete the association.
Alternatively, you can connect to Zoho Sprints directly from a specific Zoho QEngine project. Learn more
3. Managing Zoho QEngine and Zoho Sprints projects association
You can perform the following actions once you've connected your Zoho QEngine portal with Zoho Sprints.
Note: Super admin, admin, manager, and tester can associate QEngine projects with Zoho Sprints projects.3.1 Associate with a new project
To link your Zoho QEngine project to a Zoho Sprints project:
Click Associate.
Select the required project from the drop-down.

Click Associate.
Alternatively, you can associate projects from within the Setup inside the home page.
Click on the project count link from the Sprints integration card. This opens the listing page that directs to the existing associated projects.
Click +Add to associate a new QEngine project with a Sprints project.
Select a QEngine and Sprints project from their respective drop down.
Now, click Associate.
3.2 Remove project association
To disconnect a Zoho QEngine project from a Zoho Sprints project:
Click on the {
} and select Remove. Upon removing the association, it revokes all your permissions to report bugs to the Zoho Sprints project.

Alternatively you can remove the association from within within the Setup inside the home page.
Click on the project count link from the Sprints integration card. This opens the listing page that directs to the existing associated projects.
Hover over the required project association and click Remove. This removes all your permissions to report bugs to the associated Zoho Sprints project.

4. Managing Zoho Sprints integration
The Zoho Sprints card enables you to view, edit, disconnect, and disable integrations with Zoho Sprints. You can perform these actions from the Zoho Sprints card within Setup, as well as from individual projects.
4.1 View and edit integration
To view and edit the list of Zoho QEngine projects associated with Zoho Sprints, follow the steps below:
Navigate to Setup > Integrations from the Home page.
- Click on the project count link on the Zoho Sprints card to manage associated projects. This opens a listing page that allows you to view, edit, or add more associated projects.
Note: If a project shows inactive status in the listing page, it means that one or more associated projects inside Zoho Sprints workspace were archived.4.2 Disconnect integration
You can disconnect the integration with Zoho Sprints if you no longer want to stay connected to that particular Sprints portal workspace. To do so, follow these steps below:
Navigate to the Integrations tab in the Setup page.
Click on the {
} icon and select Disconnect from the Zoho Sprints card.

Notes:
Disconnecting removes your portal's integration with Zoho Sprints. You will no longer be able to report bugs in Zoho QEngine.
The status of existing bugs linked to test cases will no longer be visible in Zoho QEngine but will remain accessible in Zoho Sprints.
Reconnecting the same Zoho Sprints workspace won’t auto-sync previously reported bugs with Zoho QEngine.
4.3 Enable integration
If your integration with Zoho Sprints becomes inactive due to a workspace connection being disabled in Zoho Sprints or a workspace ownership change, you can reactivate it by following the steps below:
Navigate to the Integrations tab from the Setup page.
Click Enable on the Zoho Sprints card to resume the integration.

Once enabled, the statuses of previously reported bugs will still be available in their respective Zoho QEngine projects.
Note: The integration can be enabled only when the associated Sprints workspace and project are active in Zoho Sprints.6. What's next
