Signing In & Settings

This section explains how to access your account, switch organizations, and tailor app behavior to match your workflow.

Signing In

The Recruit iOS app supports two secure login methods:

If you work across multiple Recruit accounts, tap Profile → Switch Organization to toggle between them. Keep in mind that this functionality is available only for Enterprise, Zoho One and People Plus users.

Settings Overview

All options listed below can be found under Profile → Settings.

Section	Options & Description
General	Switch Organization: Move between orgs. Candidate/Contact Name Preference: Choose “First Last” or “Last First.” Choose SMS Option: Send via your phone’s SMS app or an integrated vendor.
Caller ID & Data Sync	Caller ID: Enable Recruit-based call identification. Data Sync: Sync candidate and contact with your phone contacts.
Account Details	Close Account: Begin the account deletion process. Sign Out: Log out of the app.
Feedback	Rate Us: Opens the App Store rating page. Send Feedback: Submit suggestions or issues. Shake to Feedback: Trigger feedback form by shaking the device.
Privacy & Security	View privacy links and terms of use.

The Shake To Feedback option lets you send feedback or report bugs from anywhere within the app.

Data Sync & Caller ID

Enable Caller ID in the Recruit app and stay informed on inbound calls from candidates & contacts.

To enable Caller ID;

While logged in to your Zoho Recruit iOS app, click on the profile icon in the top-left.
In the Data Sync section, click the icon.
Enable the Caller ID toggle. Doing so will take you to the settings app, where you will need to provide the required permissions.
Once enabled, you will need to manually sync your Recruit data with your phone contacts by clicking on the Refresh icon.
