Hiring Pipeline in Zoho Recruit

this page for the older version of Hiring Pipeline.
A hiring pipeline is the overview of stages for all your applications in Zoho Recruit. It helps you know which stage each of your applications are currently at. It extends from screening through to hired, rejection, or archived, and covers all of the different stages in hiring process for each vacancy.
To get started, go to Setup > Hiring Pipeline.
Default Stages in Hiring Pipeline
Screening: This is the entry stage for all your applications.
Hired: When you move an application to one of the following statuses, it goes to the Hired stage.
Say a particular candidate's application looks like a best match for a job in your company. In this case, you can move them under Hired.
Rejected: When you move an application to one of the following statuses, it goes to the Rejected stage.
This could be the case when a particular candidate's application isn't a good fit for a job.
Archived: There are two cases when an application would move to the Archived stage.

Case #1: Say Jack applies for two jobs, macOS and iOS developer roles. If you hire Jack for iOS developer, his application to macOS will move to Archived.
Case #2: You have two openings for Visual Designer, for which you've got five applications. When you hire any two applications, the job opening closes and the other three will automatically move to Archived.
The image below shows which ones are stages and which ones are application statuses.
Create a new stage in Hiring Pipeline
- Go to Setup > Hiring Pipeline.
- Click + Add Stage.
- Enter the name.
- Click Save.
Note: You cannot delete/drag/edit the default stages in Hiring Pipeline.
Access Hiring Pipeline from your Applications module
- Go to the Applications module.
- Select an application.
- Go to Hiring Pipeline.
A scenario:
Jane is a recruiter who wants to look into the complete Hiring Pipeline for one of the applications to Graphics Designer. She goes to Applications > Selects a record > Clicks Hiring Pipeline. Right from the time spent in each stage until the application is hired, she can view all of them in one place.
Note: While the starting stage for any application is Screening, the application could end in one of the three stages: Hired/Rejected/Archived.
