Recorded Video Interview – Interviewer Aspect

As an interviewer, recorded video interviews offer a convenient way to assess candidates at scale, with the flexibility to review responses at your own pace. This guide provides a detailed overview—from setting permissions and understanding technical requirements to reviewing candidate submissions and scoring responses.

 Evaluate Candidate Responses   

Once a candidate completes and submits their one-way video interview, you’ll receive a notification within Zoho Recruit.

Steps to Evaluate an Interview Record  

 1. Access Interview Record   

  • Navigate to the specific candidate’s interview record.

2. Click “Review Answers”  

  • Once the candidate’s video responses are available, the Review Answers button will become active.

  • Click the Review Answers button to begin the evaluation process.

3. Rate Each Response  

  • Carefully watch each video response.

  • Provide a rating for every answer (this is mandatory).

  • Add any relevant comments or notes for context or clarification.

  • Use the Previous Question and Next Question buttons to move between responses.

4. Submit Ratings  

  • After completing the evaluation of all questions, click the Submit button to finalize your ratings.

5. Give an Overall Recommendation  

  • Choose one of the five available rating options for your overall recommendation.

  • Optionally, include any additional feedback in the comments section to support your recommendation.

6. Review Final Feedback  

  • Once ratings are submitted, the Review Details sub-tab will become available.

  • This tab displays all individual ratings and comments for reference and future review.

Video Interview Credits  

Video interviews operate using video credits. By default, we provide one video interview credit. A single credit allows multiple video interviews for one active job opening. To obtain additional video interview credits, you can purchase an add-on for $12 or ₹600 per month per credit under Profile > Manage Subscription and click Upgrade Users/Add-ons.
