To combat this, we at Zoho Recruit have come up with a highly functional & user friendly solution that helps recruiters connect with candidates and evaluate them even at a distance.
While live video interviews are perfect for connecting and conversing with potential candidates, recruiters need a more sophisticated method where they can take time analyzing the candidates' responses to their questions in detail.
Zoho Recruit’s One-way Video Interview let’s recruiters present candidates with a standardized questionnaire to which they can pre-record their answers. This allows recruiters to analyze and rate candidates’ responses at their convenience. This is especially useful when evaluating candidates in different time zones as the recruiter, or when your hiring teams are dispersed.
