How It Works
Recorded Video Interviews allow you to create a standardized set of questions that candidates can answer through pre-recorded video responses. Unlike live video interviews, this asynchronous approach offers several distinct advantages:

Candidates can showcase their best responses without time zone constraints
The process ensures equal treatment of all candidates through consistent questioning
Scheduling Recorded Video Interviews
Via Interview Module
Navigate to the Interviews module and click on the ➕ icon (Create).
In the interview type selection window, select Video Interview.
Under Select Provider, choose the required interview type:
Zoho Recruit - Recorded for one-way (asynchronous) video interviews
Based on the selected provider, the interview setup form will appear. Enter the required details such as:
Deadline (for recorded interviews)
Posting Title
Candidate Name
Interviewer(s)
Assessment Name (for recorded interviews, if applicable)
Click Schedule to confirm.

Access the Candidates module, then select a candidate record.
Click Schedule Interview for the desired candidate.
Select Video Interview > Recorded Video Interview. Fill in the required details:
Deadline
Posting Title
Candidate Name
Interviewer(s)
Assesment Name
Client Name (For Staffing edition)
Click Schedule to confirm.
Post-Scheduling Actions
All participants receive automatic email notifications. The email includes:
Video conference link
Date and time details
Calendar invitation
Any additional instructions
Managing Scheduled Interviews
Rescheduling Process
Navigate to the Interview module and choose the interview record you want to reschedule.
Click Reschedule.
3. Update the details and click Reschedule
Cancellation Process
Navigate to the Interview module and choose the interview record you want to cancel.
Click the menu in the top-right corner, then select Cancel Interview.
Provide a cancellation reason and feedback (optional).
Confirm cancellation to notify all participants.
Video Interview Credits
Video interviews operate using video credits. By default, we provide one video interview credit. A single credit allows multiple video interviews for one active job opening. To obtain additional video interview credits, you can purchase an add-on for $12 or ₹600 per month per credit under Profile > Manage Subscription and click Upgrade Users/Add-ons.
