Post and Manage your Jobs on LinkedIn (Premium Job Posting)

The LinkedIn integration with Zoho Recruit will allow you to publish, track and optimize your job opening directly from Zoho Recruit.  

Why promote jobs on LinkedIn from Zoho Recruit?

  1. Posted jobs are targeted to passive candidates through job recommendations made across LinkedIn, including Jobs You Might be Interested In, Promotional Emails, and the LinkedIn Feed. Additionally, they are also visible to candidates when they search for jobs on LinkedIn.

  3. Reach 3x more applicants compared to basic job posts.

Note:
  1. Make sure you have enough job slots purchased in LinkedIn before you publish job openings from Zoho Recruit.
  2. If you are using the Linkedln Job Posts contract (pay-for-performance model), you must provide consent for Linkedln assigning a default monthly budget for your job post. Click here for detailed instructions.
  3. Please note that unless you provide consent, your job will not be promoted on Linkedln.

Before enabling Premium Job Posting, please review the following LinkedIn eligibility requirements:
  1. If you are a Premium Job Posting user, you must have previously purchased LinkedIn Job Slots.
    (In most cases, these are LinkedIn Recruiter customers, though some exceptions exist.)
  2. If you have only purchased self-serve LinkedIn Job Posts, Premium Job Posting cannot be enabled.

Step 1: Enable LinkedIn in Setup

To enable the LinkedIn integration, follow the steps given below.
  1. Go to Setup > Job Board Hub > Job Boards.
  2. Search for LinkedIn using the filters on the right-side and toggle the Paid version.
  3. In the pop-up that appears, enter your LinkedIn Company ID and Contract ID. Toggle the checkbox to agree to LinkedIn's Terms & Conditions and click Authorize.

  4. If you aren't signed in to LinkedIn, log in to your account from the pop-up.
  5. Select the LinkedIn Recruiter Contract you wish to post jobs to from Zoho Recruit.
  6. Select which profile you'd like to use for publishing your job posts and click Save.
  7. You can now publish/sponsor your jobs in LinkedIn with just a few clicks.

Step 2: Publish your jobs in LinkedIn

  1. From the Job Openings module, go to the Job you wish to publish and click the Publish icon.
  2. Select LinkedIn (Paid) and click Next.
  3. Choose a pre-screening assessment if required and click Publish.
  4. Your job will then be published/sponsored on LinkedIn.

Step 3: Get insights for your published job

  1. Go to the Job Openings module and select the job you wish to get insights for.
  2. Select Sourcing Summary from the Quick Access panel.
  3. Click LinkedIn.
  4. This will open a pop-up that displays the post's analytics.

Step 4: How to unpublish jobs from LinkedIn?

  1. Go to the job you wish to unpublish.
  2. Click Sourcing Summary from left side panel.
  3. At the bottom of the sourcing summary page, you'll find the option to unpublish your posting.
  4. Confirm to unpublish your job.
