Installing RouteIQ for Zoho CRM

Prerequisites to install RouteIQ

You must be a Paid Zoho CRM user to install this extension.

RouteIQ can be installed from two places:

Note: RouteIQ is available in English, French, German, Dutch, Italian, and Spanish

Visit the RouteIQ extension page in Zoho Marketplace. (Refer above table for your location based marketplace link)
Click the Install button to install RouteIQ in Zoho CRM.

Select the checkbox to agree to the terms of service.
Select the checkbox to authorize RouteIQ to access your Zoho CRM data.
Click Continue to install.
Choose the users to install RouteIQ for them. You can choose All admins, All users, or specific Zoho CRM profiles.

Note: This determines the visibility of RouteIQ, not access to RouteIQ. You can set access in the User Management window in RouteIQ.
Click Confirm to complete the installation process.
