How to provide Profile Permissions

If you want your team to have limited access to your data, you could create a profile for them with restrictions. This way, they are not privy to important information that they need not know.

How to provide profile permissions 

Step 1: Log in to your account on Zoho CRM.
Step 2: Go to "Marketplace" -> "Installed" and then click "Details".



Step 3: Click "Change Permission" next to "Permission"


Step 4: Click "Manage Profile" and then choose the relevant profile for the user.




Notes
Note: By default, you have an "Administrator" profile and a "Standard" profile. You can choose one among the two for your user. In case your needs aren't met with just these two profiles, then you also have the option to custom-create a new profile and specify the requirements for it.
