Live Tracker Summary in Zoho CRM

Live Tracker Summary in Zoho CRM

It is now possible for admins to view their users' daily travel summary in Zoho CRM. For this, you have to have the Live Tracker feature enabled and have active trackers in place. This summary basically lists out all the information related to your tracking. Here's how you can do it:

Step 1: Send an email to support@routeiq.com saying you need this feature enabled for your organization.

Step 2: Once we get back to you saying it has now been enabled, log in to your account on Zoho CRM

Step 3: In the modules tab, scroll below all the default and custom modules and open RIQ Tracking Summary which will have now been created for you.

NotesNote: Since this is a daily summary data of users, one record is consumed per day for each active user. LT Summary will be updated everyday at 1:00 AM (your timezone). If you would like to run it in a specific hour, we can configure it for you from the backend. Just write to support@routeiq.com to enable it.
