Integrate RouteIQ with RouteIQ Live Tracker

RouteIQ Live Tracker tracks the live location of users who have been assigned tracker licenses.

RouteIQ provides native integration for RouteIQ Live Tracker.

  1. Using Live Tracking users' live location can be viewed in the Tracking module in RouteIQ.

  1. Periodic tracking to view a user's past traveled path.

Note: Live Tracking licenses have to be purchased for users whose live location needs to be tracked.
This feature is supported as a paid add-on in the Professional edition.

How to enable RouteIQ Live Tracker Integration

  1. Open the settings menu in RouteIQ.
  2. Click Live Tracking

  3. Click the toggle to enable the native integration


After successful integration, the Live Tracker trial would be initiated.

  1. Paid or trial edition
  2. Trial days left
  3. Total tracker add-ons and available add-ons.
  4. Configure User Tracking - Option to enable tracking access for RouteIQ Users.
  5. Buy - Option to Purchase the add-on
 

Enabling Live Tracking for Users

Once RouteIQ Live Tracker is integrated. Admins have to enable live tracking for the users whose location needs to be tracked in user management.

Activating the RIQ LT Agent app

Once Live tracking has been enabled for a user, they need to download and activate the RIQ LT Agent app, the supplementary app for live tracking.

Disabling RouteIQ Live Tracker Integration

  1. Open the settings menu in RouteIQ
  2. Click Live Tracking
  3. Click the toggle to disable the integration
