Integrate Mixpanel with Zoho SalesIQ
Zoho SalesIQ's integration with MixPanel analytics allows you to understand and analyse visitor behavior within your live chat operations. View your website visitors' live chat actionable metrics in real time and keep an eye on your live chat conversions and events.
Once you have pasted the Zoho SalesIQ script on your website's HTML source code, the script will automatically detect the MixPanel code available in your website. If everything is in place, Zoho SalesIQ will start reporting events to your MixPanel automatically and your live chat events data will be pushed to your MixPanel dashboard.

- A Basic, Professional or Enterprise SalesIQ account to access the SalesIQ-Mixpanel integration.
Setting up the Zoho SalesIQ - MixPanel integration
To enable the integration on your SalesIQ portal,
- From your SalesIQ dashboard, navigate to Settings > Integrations > Analytics > MixPanel.
- On the Mixpanel page, click Enable button on the top right corner.
- Under Mixpanel configurations, the active and inactive brands will be listed. You can toggle on the switch to enable Mixpanel in that brand (website).
What are the events tracked in MixPanel?
The below are the list of events tracked in your MixPanel:

| Chat Closed | Number of clicks on the Close (X) icon in the chat window. |
| Chat Minimized | Number of clicks to minimize the Zoho SalesIQ chat window. |
| Bubble Closed | Number of clicks on the Close(X) icon on the chat bubble. |
| Chat Connected | Number of chat sessions with the visitors. |
| Chat Ended | Number of chats ended by the visitors. |
| File Transferred | Number of file transfers made by the visitors. |
| Chat Printed | Number of chat transcripts printed by the visitors. |
| Chat Mail Sent | Number of chat transcripts emailed by the visitor. |
| Rating submitted | Number of ratings submitted by visitors. |
| Feedback submitted | Number of feedback messages submitted by visitors. |
| Chat Triggered | Number of auto and proactive chat initiated to the visitors. |

Accessing your Zoho SalesIQ live chat events in Mixpanel
- Log in to your Mixpanel account and click on Events on the top menu.
- Click on Filters.
- Click on Add to create a filter specific to SalesIQ events.
- Search for Event Name in the search bar.
- Type in SalesIQ in the search bar and check the Select all matching criteria.
- Then, click on Add.
- Now your dashboard will display the SalesIQ events alone.
View all events/actions of a particular visitor
- On your Mixpanel dashboard, navigate to Events.
- Click on Distinct ID of the visitor you want to get the events for.
- Click on 'View in Insights'.
- All the events/actions of the chosen visitor will be displayed.
- If you wanted to filter out the visitor's SalesIQ events alone, type in SalesIQ in the search bar of the events list view. This will list out the SalesIQ events of the visitor.
Adding Mixpanel Analytics to your website
- Login to your Mixpanel account and navigate to Settings > Set Up Mixpanel.
- Click on the 'I need to start tracking product data' tab.
- Click on JavaScript to add Mixpanel analytics to your website.
- Copy the code given on 'Step 1: Install the SDK' and paste it before your webiste's closing </head> tag.
- Next, copy the code from 'Step 2: Track your first event' and paste it below the code from previous step.
- You will need to modify the code and enter your Project Token in it to track the events. You can get your Project token from the Setup Mixpanel page under the 'I need to start tracking product data' tab.
