How to get data refining suggestions from Zia?
Zia analyzes the selected data set and provides data cleaning and data quality suggestions to check and remove missing values, duplicate records and columns with multiple data types. To get data refining suggestions from Zia:
- Select the data or cell range for which you wish to fix inconsistencies.
- From the side pane, go to
> Refine.
- Based on the selected data, Zia will come up with suggestions like missing values, duplicate records and columns with multiple data types. Select the preferred one from the list of data cleaning/ data quality suggestions and edit the values.
Zia helps you find columns with multiple data types (number, date, text, etc.), whereas this option is not available in the data cleaning tool itself.
