Sync live data from webpages to the spreadsheet

To sync live data from webpages to your spreadsheet:

1. Go to Data > Data connection > Connect URLs.  
   
2. From the dialog, select the type of data you want to link the spreadsheet to.
   
3. Set the location where the external data is to be placed in the spreadsheet. By default, it is set to the currently selected cell.
4. Once you choose the location, set how often the data is to be refreshed or sourced from the webpage.
5. Click OK.
