Reset your account password

You can reset your password if you’ve forgotten it or want to change it for security reasons. 

To reset your password from your computer

If you're trying to log in:
  1. Select Forgot Password on the Zoho Shifts login page.
  2. Enter your email address, then select Next.
  3. Complete the captcha verification.
  4. Enter the last password you remember or select Continue to reset password.
  5. Select Send OTP. A one-time password (OTP) will be sent to your registered email address for verification.
  6. Enter the OTP and select Verify.
  7. Enter the new password and select Change Password.

If you need to change your password when logged in:
  1. Select your Profile icon in the top-right corner, then select My Profile.
  2. Click the Edit icon in the Email field.
  3. You will be redirected to the Zoho Accounts page. Type in your password if prompted.
  4. Click Security in the left menu.
  5. In the Password section, click Change Password.
  6. Enter your current password and the new password in the respective fields.
  7. Re-enter your new password in the Confirm New Password field.
  8. Click Change Password.
  9. You will be asked if you want to terminate your active sessions. If yes, then select it and click Terminate. You can also revoke access to your connected apps if you previously granted them permission.
