Customize theme fonts and theme colors
Every theme consists of a set of built-in fonts and colors to ensure uniformity across your presentation. However, you can customize the fonts and colors of the selected theme to follow your brand's style guidelines.
Working with themes
To create a presentation with themes,
- Click New Presentation or Gallery from the listing page and select Themes.
- Scroll down to select a theme of your choice. You can preview the selected theme in the right pane.
- Click the dropdown next to Font Scheme and Color Scheme to change the fonts and colors of the theme to the existing themes' font or themes colors.
- Once done, click Create to start working with the selected theme.
Customize theme fonts
Themes consist of a set of predefined heading and body fonts. You can customize both these fonts individually.
- In the right pane of the editor page, click FORMAT and select Themes within it.
- Click on the edit icon next to the existing theme font.
A pop-up window will appear. - Click the edit icon next to the header or the body font.
- Scroll through or search for the required font, then click to select it. You can also preview the selected font style in the Preview box.
- Click Done to apply the changes and Reset to apply the theme's predefined font.
Library
Library contains the fonts added by your organization's admin. This feature is only available for users who are a part of WorkDrive, Workplace, or Zoho One.

Customize theme colors
Themes are predefined to hold a background color, a text color, and six accent colors. Accent colors either complement or contrast with the background. These colors are used by default for any shape, chart, smart element, or object inserted in the presentation.
- In the right pane of the editor page, click FORMAT and select Theme within it.
- Click the edit icon next to the default theme color.
A pop-up window will appear. - Click on the Text or Accent color, whichever you wish to change.
- Click to select a color from Theme Colors, Standard Colors, Other Used Colors or from the Advanced Color Palette.
- Click Done to apply changes Reset to follow the default theme colors.
Theme Colors: Consists of the variants of the predefined colors of the theme.
Standard Colors: Consists of the basic colors.
Other Used Colors: Consists of the colors recently used in this presentation.
Advanced Color Palette: Consists of a color picker.
