Zoho Show integration with Zoho Sheet
The external data linking option in data fields allows you to integrate Zoho Sheet with Zoho Show. You can link any cell in the spreadsheet to your presentation as a data field. Any changes made to the spreadsheet can be synced with your presentation.
- Create a Zoho Sheet with the required data.
- Navigate to the required slide in your presentation, click Text from the top, and choose Data Fields within it.
You can also enter $ in the required slide and choose Create New to create a new data field.
The data fields window will appear. - Click Add New.

- By default, the data field will be named as Untitled 1. You can rename it.
- Select External from Source. By default, Zoho Sheet will be selected.
- From the Document dropdown, select the spreadsheet.
- Click the
to choose a spreadsheet from WorkDrive. - From the Sheet dropdown, select the sheet in which your data is stored.

You can link a cell, range, or a named range data to your presentation.
Cell:
- Click Cell next to Data and enter the cell location in which the data is stored.
Alternatively, you can also click Select Range, choose a cell from the spreadsheet, and click Update from the top-right corner. - Click
next to Value to fetch a different data. - Click Insert field.
- To use the added data field in other slides, navigate to the required slide, enter the $ symbol, and from the dropdown choose the data field that you wish to insert.

Range:
- Click Range and enter the range from the sheet.
Alternatively, you can also click Select Range, select the required cell range from the spreadsheet, and click Update from the top-right corner. - Click the Insert as Table dropdown to select between Insert as Table or Insert as Chart to insert the selected range as a table or a chart.

Named Range:
- Click Named Range and choose the required Named range from the Select Range dropdown.
- Click the Insert as Table dropdown to select between Insert as Table or Insert as Chart to insert the selected range as a table or a chart.

When changes are made to the Sheet, you can use the Sync icon to sync the values to your presentation.
When you map values from the Sheet, your collaborators will be able to view the mapping. However, only those with access to the Sheet will be able to sync the changes.
