What is a Google Business Profile listing?
business listing on Google is managed from Google Business Profile that incorporates Google Search, Maps and other services. It refers to the actual store or business in a physical location. You can display your business information such as address of your store, business hours, contact number, travel directions, ratings and reviews with pictures from customers etc. on Google Maps as well as Google Search. Zoho Social helps you schedule Google Posts with an optional button for adding your landing page URL. You can also track and respond to reviews for your business listing from the Monitor tab
Can I read and reply to questions on my Google Business Profile listing?
You won’t be able to read and reply to questions on your Google Business Profile from Zoho Social, starting November 3, 2025. Google has deprecated the Business Profile Q&A API, which means that Google Business Profile Questions will not be available in Social due to API restrictions imposed by Google.

Why am I unable to connect more than one Google Business profile listing on Zoho Social?
You can connect one Google Business Profile listing to each brand on Zoho Social. If you're managing multiple business listings, you will have to create another Brand on Zoho Social.
How can I publish posts to Google Business Profile?
Zoho Social lets you schedule posts and publish posts to your Google My Business listing. You can publish "What's New" posts to your business listing and also add a CTA button with each post that will redirect your audience to a website. The posts that are published on your business listing will be live for seven days. 
You can also repeat posts, or schedule content in bulk for your Google My Business listing.
Can I view customer reviews of my Google Business profile on Zoho Social?
You can view and respond to customer reviews of the business listing from the Monitor tab. The reviews column is automatically added for you in the Monitor tab if you've connected to your Google Business profile. You can remove, rearrange, or add new columns to customize your view based on what matters most for your business.
To refresh the posts in a column, hover over the top of the column and click the circular arrow.

Can I view and edit posts on Google Business profile from within Zoho Social?
Yes, you can view and edit both the content and images of your scheduled posts on Google My Business from within Zoho Social. For published posts, you can view and edit the content, but image editing is not supported.

Can I upload videos or multiple images to my Google Business profile post?
Due to API restrictions, Zoho Social does not support multiple images and video upload on your Google Business profile. However, you can publish posts with one image and add a CTA button. 
You can publish posts with one image and a video natively from your Google Business profile interface.
Why am I unable to post images on my Google Business profile?
Zoho Social does not support multiple images on Google My Business. Also, you'll always have to make sure that you're uploading an image along with a text when you are publishing posts on your Google My Business listing via Zoho Social. Why am I unable to add a Google Business profile listing on Zoho Social?
Only a verified business listing can be added to Zoho Social. If you're unable to connect a business listing please make sure you have completed the verification process, or contact the account owner to verify this listing.
