A business listing on Google is managed from Google Business Profile that incorporates Google Search, Maps and other services. It refers to the actual store or business in a physical location. You can display your business information such as address of your store, business hours, contact number, travel directions, ratings and reviews with pictures from customers etc. on Google Maps as well as Google Search. Zoho Social helps you schedule Google Posts with an optional button for adding your landing page URL. You can also track and respond to reviews for your business listing from the Monitor tab. 

Not all categories of businesses are available to use and respond to questions on Google Business Profile via third-party social media management applications like Zoho Social. But if your category is one among the permitted categories, and you are able to view the questions in your Zoho Social account, then you can read and respond to them too. 

Once you've added Google Business questions as a listening column to your Monitor tab, you can answer to it by clicking Answer underneath the question. To view the replies to a question that has been answered, click Answered underneath the question. You can also choose to edit or delete the answers you post.
