Can I integrate my business Pinterest account with Zoho Social?
es, you can integrate your business or personal account with Zoho Social.
 
To integrate
  1. Go to Settings > Social Channels and click Connect next to Pinterest Profile. You will be redirected to the login page.
    You can also click the Pinterest icon next to Add more channels from the Home page under Brand Health.
  2. Login to your Pinterest account.
  3. Click Give Access in the Authorize App page after reading the permissions required by Zoho Social. 
What are the dimensions for the images uploaded on Pinterest?
The dimensions of the image should be a minimum of 75 x 75 pixels. You can upload only one image for a post and the size of the image should be within 20MB.

Can I save a pin as draft?
Yes, when a pin is not finalized, you can still add it to Zoho Social and save it as a draft.
 
To save a pin as draft
  1. Click New Post from the menu bar at the top of your screen.
  2. Click the Pinterest icon and select a Board where you want to publish the post. You can also create a new board.
  3. Draft the content in the Publishing Window and schedule the post for a specific date and time.
  4. Click Save Draft.
How can I send a pin for approval?
 To send a post for approval
  1. Click New Post from the menu bar at the top of your screen.
  2. Click the Pinterest icon and select a Board where you want to publish the post. You can also create a new board.
  3. Draft the content in the Publishing Window and schedule the post for a specific date and time.
  4. Click Send for Approval.
How can I create a board on Pinterest?
While crating a pin, you can create a board where the pin should be saved.
 
To create a board
  1. Click New Post from the menu bar at the top of your screen.
  2. Click the Pinterest icon and click + Create a new board.
  3. Enter the Board name in the Create Pinterest board popup.
  4. Select the checkbox to keep the board visible only to you and your collaborators.
  5. Click Save
Can I upload videos to a board?
Yes, you can upload one video to your board. 
How can I delete a published pin?
You can delete the pin that you have published from the Posts tab.
 
To delete a pin
  1. Go to the Posts tab and select the Pinterest icon.
  2. Select the post that you want to delete and click the More icon.
  3. Click Delete from the Menu.
Can I delete a board?
You can delete a board that you have in Pinterest. This deletes all the pins that are part of the board.
 
To delete a board
  1. Go to the Posts tab and select the Pinterest icon.
  2. Select a Board from the Boards drop down list.
  3. Click Delete Board
How can I discuss with my team about a pin?
You can discuss with your teammates about the pin right from the Posts tab.
 
To collaborate with pins
  1. Go to the Posts tab and select the Pinterest icon.
  2. Select a post.
  3. Click the More icon and select Discuss.
  4. Enter the message and click Share. You can @mention your teammates in the message and attach files and emojis. 
Is it possible to share the Pinterest reports?
Yes, you can share the report with your recipients via email.

To share the report
  1. Click the Email button from the report.
  2. In the Email Report window, do the following:
    1. Enter the Recipient's email address.
    2. Enter the Subject of the email.
    3. Type the Message.
    4. Select the Report Format from the drop down list.
    5. Select the Password Protect checkbox to secure the report and enter the password.
    6. Select Send me a copy checkbox to send a copy of the email to your mailbox.
How can I view the stats for each pin?
You can view detailed analytics for each pin that you have published from Zoho Social.
 
To view post analytics
  1. Go to the Posts tab and select the Pinterest icon.
  2. Select the Post Stats tab. You can Export the stats as PNGPDF, or share it to a recipient via Email
Notes
Post stats will not be available for pins saved via Pinterest. 
How can I view reports for my Pinterest account?
Zoho Social offers detailed analytics on the performance of your pins, the engagement, and the Impressions.
 
To view the detailed analytics
  1. Go to the Reports module and select the Pinterest icon.
    You will be able to see the Performance summary, Engagement summary, and the Impression Summary.
  2. Click the Calendar icon and specify the date range. You can also select a range from the list of options available.
  3. Select the Timezone from the drop down list and click Update.

Can I schedule pins using SmartIQ?
No, you will not be able to schedule pins using the SmartQ due to limitations in the API. 
Is the report generated for the pins published after connecting Pinterest with Social?
No, you will be able to view a detailed report on all the pins that you have published in your Pinterest account irrespective of whether they are published from Zoho Social or not.
