How to monitor YouTube metrics on Zoho Social?
You can monitor likes, dislikes, playlists that you create, and the comments on Zoho Social right from the Monitor tab.
All that you have to do is,
Click on the Orange (+) icon on the Monitor tab, and include likes/dislikes/playlists/comments and hit the Save button to add them as a column under the Monitor tab.
How to create a YouTube post?
1. Click on the New Post button on your Dashboard.
2. Add in the video you want to plug in to your YouTube channel by selecting the Attach Media option.
3. Once you are done with including the video, click on the YouTube Video Options to give in the title, description, visibility, category, and tags.
4. Now, hit the Done button to save the changes.



5. Once you are done with these steps, go about choosing your preference of posting the video instantly or schedule it for a later date based on the list of all publishing options available.

Why don't I have YouTube integration enabled in my account?
YouTube channels are supported only on the Premium and the Agency plans of Zoho Social. You can manage YouTube as a channel on your dashboard to schedule videos and measure their performance by upgrading to a higher plan anytime from here.
What YouTube metrics can I monitor using Zoho Social?
You can closely monitor some key performance metrics of your YouTube channel right from Zoho Social. You can do this by adding relevant columns under the Monitor tab to track your YouTube likes, dislikes, playlists. You can also moderate your keyword-filtered or 'blocked' comments to approve or deny permission right from here. To set up a YouTube monitoring column go to the Monitor tab and click on the orange +button on the bottom right corner of your screen. Under the YouTube section, add any of the metrics you want to track and it will automatically add a monitoring column.
Can I access my YouTube channel from mobile?
Yes, you can access your YouTube channel from the Zoho Social iOS mobile application. 
How to track performance of YouTube videos on Zoho Social?

To track the performance of the video you post on YouTube,
1. Go to the Reports tab on your Dashboard.
2. On the Reports tab, you will have a set of analytics option like, Summary Report, Audience Report, Posts and Engagement Report, Video Performance Report, and Cards and End Screen Report.


Why my YouTube metrics are not updated?
Due to API restrictions, YouTube shares reports until 3-days prior to viewing date. The data will be auto-updated dynamically, albeit with a 3-day lag period.
How can I optimise keywords in the videos I publish to YouTube?
Once you've uploaded the video file, you'll see a video icon on the bottom of the Publishing Window. Clicking this will open a window where you can fill out all the video details like Description, category, tags, etc. You can add your keyword optimized content here to amplify reach for your video.
What is the size limit for a video that I can publish to my YouTube channel from Zoho Social?
Currently, you can upload videos up to 5 GB in size and 30 minutes in duration onto your YouTube channel from Zoho Social. There are no pre-set restrictions for video dimensions suggested by YouTube. However, here's a bunch of recommended sizes for best practice.

1. 480p: 854x480 pixels.
2. 720p: 1280x720 pixels.
3. 1080p: 1920x1080 pixels.
4. 1440p: 2560x1440 pixels.
5. 2160p: 3840x2160 pixels.

How to connect a YouTube channel on Zoho Social?

To access YouTube's advanced features through Zoho Social, you must verify your account before connection. Post verification, please reach out to us at support@zohosocial.com to reconnect the channel from our end, so that you can start accessing the advanced features. 

Warning
Disconnecting the channel from your end can lead to the loss of scheduled posts, and drafts content. To avoid this, please write to us to initiate a safe reconnection and to have uninterrupted access to the channel.
  1. Go to Settings -> Social Channels and click Connect next to YouTube.
    Alternatively, you can also click Connect YouTube from the initial brand set-up pop-up.
  2. Log in to the Google account that's associated with your YouTube channel. If you've already logged in to Google from Social, proceed with double verification from the connected mobile phone.
  3. Select the permissions you want to provide to Zoho Social for accessing your YouTube channel and click Continue.



  4. Select the channel you want to connect to this brand in Zoho Social.
  5. Click Add
Does Zoho Social support Scheduling and Publishing on Youtube?
Yes, It is exclusively available on the Premium, Agency and Agency Plus plans. Take a look at our pricing and plans to upgrade your subscription.
From where I can upload my videos on YouTube?
You can upload videos to YouTube via Zoho Social, directly from your Desktop, Media Library or the Cloud Picker on your Publishing Window.
Why am I having trouble connecting my YouTube channel to Zoho Social?
If you’re unable to connect your YouTube channel to Zoho Social, it may be because the required permissions are not enabled on youtube.com. To connect a YouTube channel with third-party apps like Zoho Social, you must have Manager or Owner access to the channel directly on YouTube.

To grant Manager or owner role, follow these steps:
  1. Sign in to youtube.com as the channel owner.
  2. Click the profile picture in the top-right corner and switch to the required channel.
  3. Go to Settings and open the Account section.
  4. Select Add or remove manager(s).
  5. Click Manage permissions and invite the required user with the Manager role.
Once you have Manager or Owner access, you should be able to connect the YouTube channel to Zoho Social successfully.
