1. Click Configure channels.
2. Select the ➕ icon next to any social channel to connect it.

Note: 

1. A brand will only be created after you connect at least one social media channel to it.
   

Connecting social media channels

Here’s how you can connect your social media channels using the Zoho Social mobile app

1. Navigate to Brand icon → Brand settings → Social accounts.
2. Tap the ➕ next to Instagram.
3. Choose either option and sign in using your username and password.
4. Choose the Instagram account that you want to connect to Social and click Add.
5. Choose the type of your account.
6. Click Okay to add the account to Social.

Connect Youtube channel

1. Tap the Brand icon → Brand Settings → Social Accounts.
2. Tap the ➕ next to Youtube.
3. Select the YouTube account you want to connect to from the list of channels. If you haven’t signed in yet, you can sign in using your credentials.
4. Authorize Zoho Social to access your Youtube channel by clicking Give access.
5. Click Okay to connect your account to Social.

Connect Google Business Profile

1. Navigate to Brand icon → Brand settings → Social accounts.
2. Tap the ➕ next to Google Business Profile.
3. Log in to the Google account that's associated with your Google Business Profile.
4. Click Continue in the permissions pop-up and provide permissions for Zoho Social to access the Business Profile.
5. Select the Business Profile from the listings associated with the connected Google account.
6. Click Okay to add the account to Social.

Connect Pinterest

1. Tap the Brand icon → Brand settings → Social accounts.
2. Tap the ➕ next to Pinterest.
3. Log in to your Pinterest account by providing the credentials.
4. Authorize Zoho Social to access your boards, pins, and account details by clicking Give access.
5. Click Okay to connect your account to Social.
   

Connect Tiktok

Note: 

1. Users from India will not be able to connect TikTok with Zoho Social due to restrictions imposed by the Government of India.
   

1. Navigate to Brand icon → Brand settings → Social accounts.
2. Tap the ➕ next to TikTok.
3. Log in to your TikTok account by providing the credentials.
4. Click Authorize to allow Zoho Social to access your account. 
5. Click Okay to add the account to Social.

Connect  Threads

Note: 

1. You must have an Instagram account to create a Threads profile.
   

1. Navigate to Brand icon → Brand settings → Social accounts.
2. Tap the ➕ next to Threads.
3. Log in to Threads by providing your Instagram username and password, or you can authorize to continue via Instagram.
4. Go on to provide permissions for Zoho Social to access, publish, and monitor the stats of posts from the Threads profile by clicking Continue as <username>. 
5. Click Okay to add the account to Social.
   

Connect Mastodon

1. Navigate to Brand icon → Brand settings → Social accounts.
2. Tap the ➕ next to Mastodon.
3. Choose the appropriate server from the listed servers, or click Others and enter the server name.
4. Enter your username and app password.
5. Tap Authorize and click Okay to add the page to Social.
   

Create new Brand

1. Tap the Brand icon at the top
2. Select create new brand
3. Enter the required brand details like Name and Description
   
4. Click Next
   
5. Tap the ➕ icon next to the social media channel you want to connect
   

Switch between Brands

1. Tap the Brand icon at the top.
2. Select Switch Brand 
3. Choose the brand you want to access.

Important: 

1. You can also reconnect or manage existing channels for each brand directly from the mobile app whenever needed.

2. Add, remove, or reconnect social media channels
3. Adjust your notification preferences
4. Manage your publishing settings

Accessing Brand settings

1. Tap the Brand icon at the top of the screen 
2. Click Brand Settings.

1. Tap the Settings icon.
2. Select Brand Settings from the list.
   

Add, Reconnect, and Remove Social media channels

Note:

1. To connect, reconnect, or remove channels, the user must have either Portal Admin or Brand Admin access.
   

To Add Channels

1. Navigate to Brand Settings.
2. Tap the ➕ icon next to the channel you want to connect.
3. Enter your username and password.
4. Click Add.  
5. Click Okay to add the account to Social.

1. Navigate to Brand Settings.
2. Click the Reconnect icon next to the channel that requires reconnection.

Note:

1. Reconnection is needed when a channel’s access token expires or if permissions have been updated.
   

1. Navigate to Brand settings.
2. Click on the channel you want to remove.
3. Select Delete Channel to remove it from Zoho Social.
