Why are the question numbers overlapping with my survey questions and why is the font style under the theme section not reflected in the live survey questionnaire?
The problem is due to the format of the text copied and pasted into the question's
rich text editor. To fix this,
- While copy-pasting a text into the rich text editor, use the keyboard shortcut keys Ctrl+Shift+V for Windows. For Mac, use Command+Shift+Option+V.
- After you have cleared the text formatting, you can apply the required font style from the Themes section.
