Triggers are actions or workflows that you can create from within Zoho Survey.You can set up automated SMS notifications for every survey response or only when a respondent answers your survey in a certain way.
You can also send the user's score, total score, and the percentage of the total score for each question and page in an SMS notification by using the scoring feature.
Pre-Requisties
In order to create SMS Trigger notifications, you have to first establish connection with the SMS app of your choice.

How to create an SMS trigger:
- In the Zoho Survey portal, navigate to Survey>Hub>Trigger SMS.
- Click Create in the Trigger SMS section.

- Your default SMS connection will be displayed in the Connection box. Click the dropdown to select other connections.

- Enter the name of the SMS numbers as comma separated values in the Sender name field.
- Fill in the body of the message. You can insert variables here, as required.
- Click Save Trigger.
How to edit an existing SMS trigger:
- Navigate to Survey>Hub>Trigger SMS> Manage.
- Hover over the trigger, and click on the Edit icon.

- Make the necessary changes and click Save.
How to delete an SMS trigger:
- Navigate to Survey>Hub>Trigger SMS> Manage.
- Hover over the trigger, and click on the Delete icon.

- Give confirmation for the pop-up will appear asking to delete the trigger.
