Collecting Responses Beyond the Quota Limit

Overview

You can keep your collector open even after the quota limit is reached, continuing to collect responses beyond the set limit. These additional responses are tagged as over quota, making them easy to identify and manage separately.

How to Collect Responses Beyond the Quota Limit

  1. Select the required survey and click the Builder option from the left pane.
  2. Click the Publish tab. 
  1. Select the collector you want to configure.
  2. Click Collector Quota from the left pane.
  1. Click Configure.
  2. In the Quota Completion Options section, select the Continue collecting responses above quota limit as over quota option.
            
  1. Select Keep count of over quota responses if you want to add the over quota responses to the Completed Responses counter. Click Save.
  2. Track over quota responses separately once quota limit is reached.
