You can generate a unique QR code for your organization's survey, allowing members to access it instantly by scanning with their mobile devices. This eliminates the need for sharing lengthy URLs and makes survey distribution effortless in physical spaces such as offices, events, or notice boards.

How to create a QR code for an organization survey

  1. Create a Zoho account to manage users across your organization.
  2. Once you're done creating a Zoho account, create organizational groups in your Zoho account to categorize members based on departments, teams, or roles.
  3. Once you've created the groups, create a collector for organization invites.
  4. For the created collector, you can share the survey using a QR code by selecting the Get QR option next to the survey URL.
  1. Click Copy to copy the QR code and paste it directly into an email campaign to embed it alongside your survey invitation.
  2. Click Download to save the QR code and print it on office boards to collect feedback.
