Distribute Survey as Inline Email

Overview

Embed a survey question directly in your email so respondents can answer with a single click. Select the question to embed, generate the HTML code, and insert it into your email template. This works with any email platform that supports custom HTML templates.

How to distribute survey as inline email

  1. Go to the Publish tab.
  2. Click Add New Collector.
  3. Under Invites by Other Services, click Create.
  4. Select a distribution service for your survey and click Continue.
  5. Below is the list of distribution services supported by Zoho Survey.
             
  1. Configure the identity parameter, additional parameters and hashing parameters.
  2. Once configured, click Create Collector.     
  3. In the Inline Email section, click Create.
               
  1. The inline email setup window opens. Select the question that should be embedded in the email from the dropdown list.
               
  1. Click Generate HTML to generate the HTML code for this survey question to be embedded in the email template.
               
  1. Once generated, click Copy to insert the question in your email template, or click Copy HTML to insert the HTML code using the insert HTML (</>) option.
