Configure Invite URL Parameters

Overview

Add parameters to your invite URL to pass respondent details such as name, ID, or email directly to the survey. This identity parameter is required to identify a respondent.

How to configure invite URL parameters

  1. Go to the Publish tab.
  2. Click Add New Collector.
  3. Under Invites by Other Services, click Create.      
  1. Select the distribution service you want to use to send the survey, then click Continue.
            
     
  1. Configure the Identity Parameter as follows:  
    1. Enter the Parameter Name (FName, LName, Email) and select the Parameter Value from the dropdown list for each of the required parameters.
    2. You can also use merge tags as parameter values. To do this, enter the merge tag name in the Parameter name field. Choose Direct Value from Parameter value dropdown list. In the value field, enter the merge tag, for example ${Mobile} for mobile number.  Refer to the merge tag lists of Zoho CRM and Zoho Campaigns.
                                
  1. Click Create Collector. The collector is now created.
