How to add URL parameters for email invites by Zoho Survey

1. Select the required survey and click the Builder option from the left pane.
   
2. Go to the Publish tab. 
   
3. Click Add New Collector.
   
4. Under Email Invites by Zoho Survey, click Create.  
   

           

1. Once you're done creating a collector, click Create Email to begin composing your invitation.
   

            

1. If you have previously created an email invitation, click Create New to create a new email. Otherwise, a default email template will be created automatically, as shown below.
   

              

            

1. Click the Edit Message (pencil ) icon to edit the email template.  
   

            

1. Locate the URL Parameter option on the page and click Add Parameter to include the URL parameters.
   

            

1. Enter the parameter name, such as the phone number, email address, and first name, and Parameter Value from the dropdown list for each of the required parameters. To add additional parameters click the + icon next to the parameter value. You can either enter a parameter value, such as Phone Number, or enter a direct value, such as VendorID, as shown below.
   

            

1. Click OK to save the URL parameters.
   
2. You can send email invites using Zoho Survey, Zendesk, Shopify, or Eventbrite.
