Overview

Set Up One-time Email Invite 

1. Select the required survey and click the Builder option from the left pane.
   
2. Go to the Publish tab. 
   
3. Select the required collector or click Add New Collector.
   
4. For a new collector, under Email Invites by Zoho Survey, click Create, then select the Create Email option to begin composing your invitation.
   
5. For an existing collector, click Create Email to begin composing your invitation.
   

            

1. Set up URL parameters, customize the email invitation template, and contact variables. Click Next.
   
2. Set up Sender Information with the From Address and Sender Name and click Next.
   

How to set up one-time invite for specific contacts

1. Select the Specific contacts option in the Send to section to add contact information manually or import contacts.
   
2. Once you're done updating contacts, click Next.
   
3. In the Send Email section, click Continue below the One-time Invite option.
   

             

1. Select Immediately to send your invite instantly and click Send Now.
   

            

1.  Select At a specified date and time to send your invite at a specific date and time. Once selected, click Schedule.
   

            

How to set up one-time invite for contact based on triggers

1. Once the contact based on trigger is set up, click Next.
   
2. In the Send Email section, click Continue below the One-time Invite option.
   

                   

1. The following options can be used if you wish to send the Email as One-time Invites.
   
1. Immediately - If the One-Time Invite is set as Immediately, the email will be sent as soon as the trigger is activated. Select trigger expiry preference and click Create.

                        

1. After a delay - The After a delay option will send the email invite only once when a certain period of time is over since the trigger is initiated. We offer trigger invites that are sent out after a predetermined amount of hours, days, weeks, and months. Send your invites with a specified delay after initiating the trigger. Once you're done, select trigger expiry preference and click Create.

                         

1. At a specified date and time - With this option, you can specify the date and time at which the collected email invite should be sent. This can be beneficial to send surveys after a particular end date.

                        

1. At scheduled time slots - The scheduled time slots option lets you send surveys in batches, on a particular date during selected intervals. Enter the values for all the fields shown below. Once you're done, select the trigger expiry preference and click Create.

                        

1. Once you're done setting up the email schedule, the trigger API is generated. You can send your invites using an API.
