Distribute Surveys to Your Zoho CRM Contact Lists

Overview

Use your existing CRM contact lists to send surveys and collect responses that feed directly into your CRM data.

How to distribute surveys to your Zoho CRM contact lists

  1. Select the survey and click Builder option from the left pane.
  2. Go to the Publish tab. 
  3. Click Add New Collector.
  4. In the Email Invites by Zoho Services section, click Continue.
  5. In the Zoho CRM sub-section, click Create.  
            
  1. Click Go to Zoho CRM.
            
  1. Configure the required settings.
  2. Send surveys and analyze responses.
