Set up Sender Information for Email Invitations

Overview

Configure the sender name and email address that appear on your survey invitations before sending them to recipients. You can also set a reply-to address to direct any responses to a specific inbox.

How to set up sender information for email invitations

  1. Select the required survey and click the Builder option from the left pane.
  2. Go to the Publish tab. 
  3. Select the required collector or click Add New Collector.
  4. For a new collector, under Email Invites by Zoho Survey, click Create, then select the Create Email option to begin composing your invitation.
  5. For an existing collector, click Create Email to begin composing your invitation.
            
  1. Set up URL parameters, customize the email invitation template, and contact variables.
  2. Set up Sender Information with the From Address and Sender Name.
            
  1. To use your custom domain email addresses, go to Manage Portal > Domain Authentication and configure the DKIM.
  2. Click Next to add contact information manually or import contacts.
