Share Survey
To share a survey:
- Navigate to Survey>Builder.
- Click Advanced Options on the upper-right side of the survey builder.
- Click Share Survey.
- Type the email addresses of collaborators in the Add Collaborators box. Separate the addresses with commas or type one address per line.
- Configure the Access Permission level:
- Read/ Write- Collaborator can edit the survey questionnaire, Reports, and publish the survey
- Read Only- Collaborator can only view the survey, reports and analytics.
- Click Share.
What are my limitations as a collaborator?
- The survey cannot be sent as a copy or transferred to a new user/department.
- Only a default theme can be applied to the survey. You cannot apply a custom theme.
- Email distribution or Zoho Campaigns cannot be used to send survey invitations to respondents.
- Only image URLs can be used to upload images.
Why am I not able to share a survey?
By default, the Admins, namely Super/Portal / Department admins will have access to share the survey.
To modify the list of collaborators:
- Click Advanced Options on the upper-right side of the survey builder.
- Click Share Survey.
- To delete a collaborator, hover over the name you want to delete in the Collaborator List and click
.
To modify the permission of existing collaborators
Click on Advanced Options on the upper-right side of the survey builder.
Click Share Survey.
To modify the permission levels of a collaborator, hover over the access you want to modify in the Collaborator List and click on it.
Then change it to the required permission level.
