The Heading/Description question type can be used for including comments or explanations in your survey.
For example, you could use the heading/description question in your cafe customer feedback survey to tell your customers what the survey is all about.

To add a heading/description question to my survey:

Click Heading/Description in the question type listed on the left pane. You can also drag and drop the question type to the builder.
- In the Heading box, type in the heading text.
- If you want to pipe in custom variables or variables from previous questions and customize the follow-up questions, click Insert Variable right above the Heading box, and select the variable you want to use from the list. Read more on Piping.
- In the Description box, type in the descriptive content. You can perform the following actions here:

- To make your text appear in boldface, click

. You can select the images by using either of the following ways:

From the image gallery - You can drag and drop the image in the box, or click to upload images.

From URL - In the Image URL box, type in or copy/paste the web link of the image.
- To confirm the image selection, click Insert.
- To make changes to the image selection, click Cancel.
- To align the text, click
, and select the alignment you want to use.
- Switch to the Display Logic tab to add a logic condition to the question.
- To save the changes, click Save.
- To discard the changes, click Cancel.
