How it works
Set up the Zoho Tables trigger that initiates the automation. Then choose the actions that should follow.
Choose Draft post in Zoho Social to seamlessly post on your social media channels.
Choose your Zoho Social organization. This is the top-level workspace that holds all your brands. If no organization appears, go to Zoho Social and create one.
Pick the portal where your brand is managed.
Choose the brand you want the draft to be created under. Brands represent different businesses or clients in Zoho Social.
Pick the social media channel where the draft will be published (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X). Make sure this channel is already connected to the chosen brand.
Add the post content. You can either enable the editor mode to type content manually or choose a field from Zoho Tables that contains the content (e.g., Post Content).
Tip: Using a Zoho Tables field is ideal for scheduled posting.
Add attachments. You can either upload media directly into the automation or choose an attachment or URL field in Zoho Tables that contains file attachments or valid media URLs.
Tip: Make sure file URLs are publicly accessible and in supported formats like JPG, PNG, or MP4.
Use a checkbox field in Zoho Tables (e.g., Ready_to_Post) to trigger automation only when the row is marked as ready.
