Share a base

To Share a Base

1. On the base, click the three dots (more options).

2. Choose Share.

3. Enter the email addresses of the collaborators.

4. Select the permission level (Manager or Editor or Viewer).

Base Manager - Can edit records, fields, tables, and views. Share & download base. Also, manage the base users.

Base Editor - Can edit records, fields, tables, views and download base.

Base Viewer - Access only to read and download the base

5. Add a message on the comments section, if any and click the Share button.
