To integrate Trident with leading AI solutions, organization admins need to configure Bring Your Own Key (BYOK) in the Zoho Mail web app. Currently supported AI solutions are:

• OpenAI

• Cohere

• Google AI Studio

• Anthropic

Once configured, organization members will be able to use these AI solutions to summarize emails, rephrase email content, and generate email replies. Learn more
