To save an email:
Click open the email you want to save in detail view.
Click the More Options icon.
Select Save as from the menu list.
Choose between HTML and EML.
In the dialog that opens, you can rename the file and browse the system location where you want to save the email.
Once done, click Save.
Notes:
To save all emails in a threaded conversation, you must download each thread individually. Downloading the parent thread alone will not include its replies.
Emails can be saved in HTML format even when offline. To save emails in EML format, you need an internet connection.
