How to set up Zoho Vault on Windows

Getting started with a new Zoho account 

If you are a new Zoho user, you'll need to create a Zoho account to access Zoho Vault.
  1. Once Zoho Vault is downloaded on your Windows device, open the application.
  2. On the app’s login screen, select Sign In.
  3. You will be redirected to the Zoho account signup page in your web browser. Click Sign Up Now to create a new account.        

  4. Use your email address or a third-party account (e.g., Google, Microsoft, Apple) to complete the registration process. 

  5. If Windows Hello is not already enabled on your device, you’ll be prompted to set it up before proceeding.

  6. After setting up your account, click Accept to authorize Zoho Vault to access your Zoho account data. You will then be redirected to Zoho Vault Windows app.

  7. Enter your master password and click Open Zoho Vault to unlock and start using Zoho Vault.

Getting started with an existing Zoho account 

  1. On the app’s login screen, select Sign In.
  2. You will be redirected to the Zoho account signup page in your web browser.
  3. Enter your registered email address and click Next to proceed to the password entry. Alternatively, you can sign in using a third-party account (e.g., Google, Microsoft, Apple).
  4. If Windows Hello is not already enabled on your device, you’ll be prompted to set it up before proceeding.
  5. Once signed in, click Accept to authorize Zoho Vault to access your Zoho account data.
  6. Enter your master password to unlock and start using Zoho Vault.
