I'm unable to delete a user as they own some enterprise passwords. How do I acquire these passwords?

Zoho Vault prevents super admins from deleting users who own access to enterprise passwords. Before removing the user, super admins must either safely acquire the enterprise passwords or transfer password access to another user.
