The basic design of Zoho Vault revolves around the concept of password ownership and sharing. By default, passwords added to a Zoho Vault account can only be accessed by its owner. At any point, users (including super admins and admins) can view passwords owned by others only when they're shared with them. However, super admins can nominate emergency contacts and grant them temporary access to all enterprise passwords in the organization during business emergencies.
